1. can I install the drivers even if my notebook has no CD drive ? 2. the description talks a lot about Win 8. Is it quite certain that it also works with Windows 10? Thank you very much !

Yes, drivers can always be downloaded from the manufacturer's website: https://i-tec.cz/en... (at the bottom of the page there is a link to "Manual, Drivers", where you can download the drivers.
