No QC or PD
You can connect normal USB3 devices to the USB-A plug, it is like a 1 port hub. However, it is unsuitable for charging: It only supplies a few amps and the volts collapse. With an additional power supply, the volts are more stable, but even then it only supplies the normal 400mA. It only accepts 5V at the two USB-C inputs and therefore cannot deliver more than that.
