2. Bezzera Matrix Top MN
The Matrix combines the traditional E61 technique with sophisticated software and electronics, which control the system's programming via a 3.5-inch touch display. With various colored side panels made of plexiglass, the machine can be effortlessly adapted to the room's decor style. The coffee extraction begins by pulling the lever upward and is interrupted by lowering it once the desired amount is reached in the cup. The brew group is heated by the thermosiphon circulation system using water from a smaller espresso boiler for coffee extraction.

3. Bezzera DUO Top DE
The Bezzera brewing group is heated by separate heating elements activated by a PID thermostat, which ensures a constant temperature. The second PID thermostat regulates the water temperature in the boiler designated for coffee extraction, guaranteeing optimal thermal stability in a range of 88-96 °C. The steam and water circuit is connected to an independent boiler, which is also controlled by a PID thermostat, allowing for optimal steam performance even under heavy use. The DE version is equipped with volumetric coffee dosing controlled by a microprocessor. It offers four coffee brewing options that can be programmed directly via the keypad; the fifth button activates the manual dosing process.
