Adhere the heatsink securely with the 3M thermal tape. It has been specifically designed for attaching heatsinks to ICs. It works better and is less messy than thermal adhesives or pastes, as the thickness is evenly distributed over the entire area. A perfect addition to our range of small heat sinks, either made of aluminum or copper.
It comes in a square of 80 mm x 80 mm (3" square) and can be cut into any shape and size.
