What more do you need?
A desktop doesn't need more power than the Ryzen 5 3600. I have run several VMs with it under Hyper-V and the system flies. With a simple setting in the ASUS BIOS, I was able to overclock the CPU to 3.95GHz. Better to invest the money saved in good storage. With the box cooler, the temperatures around 50 degrees were a bit too high for me. With the AIO water cooling, the temperatures are around 10 degrees lower.
