Much slower than stated

On the package it says: 10 Mbit/s, in reality it's only 2,5 Mbit/s.
That's why I upgraded to 50 Mbit/s, but with that there is also only 12.5 Mbit/s.
Tomorrow I will buy a liter of milk. Let's see if the content is only 0,25 litre?! more
