Outdated idea, too expensive
While today roaming is becoming affordable in most EU countries, this card is too expensive. Also, don't forget that the card becomes unusable after 90 days if you don't reload the card regularly. Even in Japan it is cheaper to buy a data card locally.
Can no longer recommend this idea today.
