It transmits heart rate data in real-time via ANT+ and Bluetooth Low Energy. This way, you receive consistently accurate heart rate data on your Garmin device, in online training apps like Zwift, or even on compatible fitness equipment at the gym.

Run even more efficiently. In addition to heart rate, the HRM-Pro records running efficiency metrics that can help you improve your form. This includes data such as vertical oscillation, ground contact time, stride length, vertical ratio, and many more.

Storage of your workouts. Even without a Garmin device. If your watch is out of range during swimming or other activities, heart rate data is stored on the device. After completing the activity, the data is then sent to the watch. Information on step count, calories, and intensity minutes is also stored and synchronized.
