Expensive and very good
If I had bought this sharpener earlier, it would have paid for itself.
Does exactly what it is supposed to.
Pro
- Very stable, almost indestructible
- Nice, pointed sharpening angle ;)
- Firm stand due to high dead weight
- Old fashioned beautiful
- Simple, visible technology
- Minensptzen break only rarely during sharpening
Contra
- Handling not suitable for smaller children because of strong clamp spring
exactly: the mine tips rarely break during sharpening - important plus point
