Okish. Does what it claims.

Good enough to cool a i9 9900k but noisy with 2 fans

2 coolers can run at lower speeds, than a single one. Fans produce problematic noise only at higher speeds. Thus, having two will reduce noise, won't they?

That’s true. At the same time, the 9900K use around 130W when pushed (not overclocked, just all threads running). The cooler is said to be able to dissipate 240W. At 130W after a few minutes fan are running at max speed and then they get noisy. I know have 8 fans around the case and I can keep the noise under control but it still too loud. I should have tried water cooling. The graphics card (AMD 580) is a lot worse noise wise.
