Looks terrible after a few months

I was very disappointed with this product to the point that I stopped using it and planning to throw it out. We bought it 2-3 months ago but it looks so used up that it was an eye sore in the room. We have pets and their fur got stuck to the bottom and it is impossible to clean.  more
