the difference is significant compared to stock AMD cooling... :) however this fan is quite high, so for special builds make sure that the dimensions are fine for you. I can really recommend this one! The package does not contain a cleaning set, so make sure that you have some pure alcohol at home to clean the surface of the CPU.

pro tip: before changing the fan, make sure that the termal paste is warm on the CPU and instead of just pulling, twist first the old fan after unscrewing it (or you will tear out the CPU even in locked socket mode). more
