Good value for money 6core desktop CPU. The multipliers are unlocked so overclocking is simple with compatible motherboard. Can be easily overclocked to 4.3GHz / 1.25V when paired with a water cooling solution.
I am usingthis CPU as a replacement for the ivy bridge 4 core, and this CPU is much faster especially for multi threaded applications and games. Quad channel memory also helps boost its performance for RAM heavy applications like data crunching. more
