The best part of this product is that you can actually make a phone call. Try doing that with the Bose and the person on the other side will not hear a thing with all the background noise that they pick up (actually amplify the background noise). With these you can make a phone call in the busiest of spaces and have a crisp and clear call. Excellent product. After giving up on how terrible my Bose were at making phone calls I eventually decided to try these out but I was worried about how they looked compared to the very good looking Bose. But I have been really impressed and actually think they look great now. Don't waste your money on Bose QCs, I've had them and they belong in the bin. People buying Bose only care about what everyone else is doing rather than on quality products.
8200s have great noise cancelling. Very comfortable but maybe the Bose are slightly more comfortable on the head band but makes no difference if you're wearing them for 5-6 hours at a time.
