Sehr tiefe Cinebench Werte... Irgendwo throttlet er... Mein oller 6 jähriger 5960x macht mit 4,5ghz über 4000 Punkte. Schau mal ob deine Kühlung für die Mosfets genügend ist. (Gehäuselüfter mit Zug über die Mosfets...?)
