I use the OH1 with the Garmin Fenix 5s as an external HR sensor. The optical measurement with the sensor built into the Fenix works very poorly for me and my skin reacts allergically to a heart rate belt.
I wear the OH1 on the upper part of my forearm. It works perfectly here. Compared with the heart rate belt measurement, there is a small delay in the display (a few seconds).

- Works perfectly even with Garmin watch.
- Is skin-compatible.
Contra
- Not useful for HRV analyses.
Can the heart rate monitor be paired with the Fenix and will all functions still be 100% supported? (Garmin/Polar competition)
