I am thrilled with "Alexa". The voice control works perfectly for me and the Echo is also really fun to use.
Of course, it's a shame that the app is only available in Switzerland in a roundabout way, i.e. it's not yet officially available in the stores. With Android, it is somewhat easier to get the app via a download. With iOS, for example, a German AppleID can be created so that the app can then be downloaded via the official store.

My name is Cheyenne Sonderegger and I am a student at the University of St. Gallen (HSG) in Switzerland. In our Master's programme in Marketing Management, we are studying Amazon's Alexa Echo and how this "smart device" fits into the everyday life of users. For this purpose, each student is supposed to interview 2 users to learn more about how they use Alexa Echo.
In my area and in Switzerland in general, this device is not yet very widespread, which is why I would like to ask you if you would make yourself available for an interview via Zoom if you still own and use an Amazon Alexa? The interview would take about an hour. The data will be treated anonymously and will also not be published.
