Awesome!
I use them for videoconferencing: MUCH better than monitor headphones or earbuds!
First - you still hear what's around you:
- no way to miss a postman calling
- no way to get into a situation when your kids shout on the background, you don't hear them in your monitor headphones - but others on a VC perfectly do
Second - you keep your voice down as you actually hear yourself.
Bonus - with multi-point pairing you can simply stand up from your laptop, get outside and start listening to music/podcasts from your phone with no additional actions needed.

Contra
- Music quality is of course lower than with conventional headphones
