Different product than ordered, also defective!
For the first time I received Hug Flexi instead of Pilot Techno. I have specially NOT ordered a product with flexible neck. Well, I thought, must not be bad.
However, the product received is defective, because everywhere lubricant leaks, and that again and again even after repeated cleaning. Everything is now sticky, I do not install this in the car. Return!
