With the Zeiss VR One Plus, Zeiss has developed a new high-end virtual reality headset to follow in the footsteps of the successful Zeiss VR One. The VR One Plus offers a variety of developments and improvements over its predecessor, making virtual reality even more accessible and entertaining.
Thanks to its new universally usable multi-shell, the Zeiss VR One Plus is compatible with smartphones with display sizes between 4.7 and 5.5 inches. Additional shells for different smartphone models are no longer needed. The design of the headset also means that no manual adjustments to the lenses are required for this model; the VR One Plus provides excellent image quality across the entire visible area for the majority of interpupillary distances (53 – 77 mm). Even if the VR One Plus is not perfectly centered, it still delivers a clear image, including sharp, easily readable text throughout the entire field of view.
Due to its elegant, spacious design, glasses wearers can comfortably wear their glasses under the VR One Plus. The headband can be easily adjusted to fit the wearer's head or even completely removed to facilitate passing the headset around – for example, at trade shows, events, or parties. Additionally, the face cushion can be easily replaced for hygienic reasons.
