Customer cards, promotion codes, vouchers and much more can be captured directly from the customer's smartphone for easy billing - ideal for use at and around the checkout counter and in logistics.

In addition to all classic 1D and 2D barcodes, the DS8108 also supports barcodes from Digimarc watermark technology. These barcodes are invisible to the human eye and are distributed over the entire surface of the product packaging - turning and flipping the article is no longer necessary. The DS8108 can read the barcode from any direction.
