The batteries have type-wise VdS/UL approvals. The electrolyte is bound in glass fiber fleece (AGM technology). They feature corrosion-resistant high-performance grid plates with a lead-calcium alloy. This results in a long life with low self-discharge (3% per month at 20° C).
