The fascia roller with groove is a proprietary development that we carry exclusively in our shop as a world first. In contrast to other commercially available fascia rollers, this model has a 1.2 cm deep and 4.8 cm wide groove that is gentle on the spine and enables pain-free back training.

Wide range of applications

The fascia roll made of natural cork convinces with a wide range of applications. It can be used for back training, for connective tissue exercises and for forearm and foot massages. Adhesive and hardened connective tissue fibres are gently loosened with the help of the fascia roller.
