The Room Display DS7510 is a digital signage solution that works with the Yeastar Meeting Room Booking System and displays the availability of meeting rooms in real-time using LED traffic lights. It is mounted at the entrance of each meeting room, allowing employees to easily find available rooms by identifying the colors, even from a distance. Easily reserve meeting rooms. Tap the screen to reserve meetings on-site, check in, extend, and end meetings. In case of a spontaneous team meeting, simply tap the screen to start the meeting. The room status changes accordingly, and the LED lights switch from green to red to avoid interrupted meetings and double bookings. Customizable. Add your company logo, set a background image, and adjust the colors of the LED lights to match your office environment.
