Standard model for compact monitoring in a simple form - the smallest active monitor speaker from Yamaha. Applications include AV monitoring, communication between FOH and monitor engineers, equipment inspection monitoring, and facility management. It features a 30 W amplifier power for clean sound with high output power, and a sound pressure level of 115 dB SPL. The controls include a power switch, volume, and tone controls. It is compatible with line and microphone inputs, with a combo input socket that accepts both XLR and 6.35 mm jack connections. The speaker can be mounted directly on Euro microphone stands, with an optional BMS-10A microphone stand adapter available to adjust the tilt angle. Its simple, portable, and durable design features a housing designed for an even lower profile.
