Die sehr gute Verarbeitung sowie der hohe Tragekomfort zeichnen den Yamaha aus, wobei die Polster allerdings etwas kleiner sind als bei anderen Modellen. Deshalb sollten Nutzer mit großen Ohren das Gerät vorher testen. Dafür stimmen hier Preis sowie der Klang, der mit satten Bässen und exakten Höhen kommt.
Der Testsieger von Yamaha beeindruckt mit einem exzellenten lang, der fein und detailliert die Töne nachzeichnet. Zudem ist der Pegel enorm hoch, wobei der Kopfhörer aber nie verzerrt klingt. Der Sitz könnte aber etwas lockerer sein, wobei alle Musikrichtungen sehr angenehm klingen.
