Product details

Patch cables are designed for operating frequencies up to 500 MHz. They are used for signal transmission with high data transfer rates (10 Gbps). Due to the high signal frequencies, careful installation and assembly are particularly important, especially at the connection points of the wires. The individual wire pairs in Cat 6A cables are twisted with varying tightness, which further reduces susceptibility to interference compared to Cat 5e. Application areas for Cat 6A cables include voice and data transmission as well as multimedia and ATM networks. Slim patch cables offer a significant advantage when wiring racks and 48-port switches. Their extremely thin design and great flexibility help prevent cable tangling, allowing for better organization.
