With this robust fruit press, you can make delicious juice from your favorite fruits. From tree or bush directly into the glass – it doesn't get much fresher or healthier than this.

This is a spindle press, which ensures a very high pressing pressure thanks to the continuous steel spindle. The spindle is set in motion by a mechanical drive and extracts the fruit completely.

The fruit press features a high-quality pressing basket made of visually appealing beech wood. It has a maximum capacity of 18 liters, allowing for the production of plenty of aromatic juice. However, please note that spindle presses are designed only for further processing of a mash. This refers to fruit that has already been finely crushed, which is then filled into the fruit press and pressed into juice. Whole fruits cannot be processed with this type of press. Therefore, for example, apples and pears should first be processed into mash. Whole, halved, or quartered fruits cannot be pressed.

Each type of fruit requires its own method of preparation. For instance, grapes should be crushed beforehand. This can be done with a fruit mill or by hand. Pome fruits must be cored beforehand. The amount of juice yield depends on the water content of the fruit and not on the operator's effort. With proper preparation of the fruit, the fruits can be easily pressed with one hand.
