Wiltec Fruit press

This robust fruit press allows you to produce delicious juice from your favorite fruits. From tree or bush directly into the glass – it doesn't get fresher or healthier. This spindle press, equipped with a continuous steel spindle, ensures very high pressing pressure. The spindle is set in motion by a mechanical drive, thoroughly extracting juice from the fruit. The press features a high-quality pressing basket made of visually appealing beech wood, with a maximum capacity of 12 liters, allowing for the production of ample aromatic juice. However, spindle presses are designed only for further processing of mash, which is already finely crushed fruit. Whole fruits cannot be handled by presses of this type. Therefore, apples and pears, for example, should first be processed into mash. Whole, halved, or quartered fruits cannot be pressed. Each type of fruit requires its own preparation method. For instance, grapes should be broken up beforehand, which can be done with a fruit mill or by hand. Pome fruits must be cored beforehand.
