The 2nd Generation - 35mm F1.4 Lens for Sony E-Mount, bundled with a Lens Station Docking Station. This bright 35mm f/1.4 wide-angle lens features numerous advancements over the first generation. It is the ideal wide-angle lens for mirrorless Sony E-Mount cameras, suitable for both full-frame and APS-C formats.

The excellent imaging performance is maintained even at wide open aperture. The lens construction consists of 11 elements in 9 groups, including 4 special elements (2x ASP, 2x HR), which ensure outstanding sharpness and image quality, even in challenging lighting conditions. The Samyang "Ultra-Multi-Coating" effectively reduces flares and ghosting. The optimized CCI (Color Contribution Index) delivers crystal-clear images.

Impressive background blur and refined bokeh are achieved through the large maximum aperture of f/1.4 and the 9 diaphragm blades, which create a smooth and natural bokeh.

The fast, quiet, and precise autofocus is suitable for both photography and videography. The new, state-of-the-art linear stepping motor of the 2nd generation enables quick, nearly silent, and accurate focusing.

Innovative features: The Focus Hold Button allows for focus locking. When pressed, the lens remains fixed at that distance. The Custom Switch lets you adjust focus and aperture settings to personal preferences, making it ideal for quick transitions between manual and automatic focus. The Custom Switch can also be individually assigned and updated using the included Lens Station: this maximizes the performance of Samyang autofocus lenses and ensures they always have the latest firmware. Fine-tuning of the autofocus provides optimal sharpness, focus point, and low-light performance.
