Wiltec 18L Fruit Press incl Pulp Bag and 7l Fruit Mill with Crank Handle

The set includes a 7 litre fruit mill and an 18 litre fruit press. The fruit mill can be used to process fruit or vegetables that are too coarse for further processing in the fruit press supplied into a mash.

A good fruit mash is a prerequisite for the production of juice, wort or must. This fruit mill can be used to grind berries, grapes, apples, pears and potatoes or similar soft fruit/vegetables. Hard fruit and vegetables such as sugar beet, carrots or unripe or hard stone fruit are not suitable for processing with this grinder.

With this shredder for fruit or vegetables, the ground product achieves exactly the right consistency. The robust cutting mechanism (aluminium alloy) is guided smoothly by a manual drive. The stainless steel feed hopper is mounted on a square steel tube base frame. The hopper has a capacity of 7 litres. The base frame is fitted with rubber feet for a secure hold.

This hand-operated fruit and vegetable chopper measures 57.5 x 48.5 x 25.5 cm. It is very easy to clean and prepares the fruit/vegetables for a high juice yield.
The further processing of the pressed mash takes place with the robust berry press with ideal juice yield; very high pressing pressure due to metal spindle construction. Unlike the presses of some other suppliers, the press basket is made of robust (red) beech wood.

Depending on the mash, a correct pressing process is quick and easy.

Each type of fruit requires its own type of preparation. With all presses of this type, it is not possible to press whole fruit. A mash (heavily crushed fruit) must be produced, otherwise a successful pressing process is not possible.
