5 steps to a Nordic cup of coffee:
1. Place the Wilfa Bloom on your favorite cup and add 15 grams of ground coffee.
2. Boil water and let it cool to 92-96 degrees.
3. Moisten the coffee with about 50 ml of water and let it steep for about 30 seconds.
4. Pour about 100 ml of water in circular motions over the coffee.
5. Fill the remaining 100 ml while the water is being drawn through the filter.

Tip: The entire water pouring process should take about 3 minutes. Timing variations can be adjusted with the grind size of the coffee. A finer grind leads to a slower flow and can impart an unpleasant taste to the coffee.
