Product details
The Microbit V2 is the perfect board for anyone looking to enhance their Microbit projects! Like the previous version, this board features an embedded system. It remains compatible with various programming languages, such as the block editor and mobile apps for beginners, as well as Python for advanced users. It can be connected to other devices, such as a Raspberry Pi, through its 20-pin edge connectors. The built-in compass, accelerometer, and motion sensor offer endless possibilities! While this newer version retains all existing Microbit functions, it also introduces many new features. What's new? This second version includes a built-in speaker and a microphone with an LED indicator. Both functions significantly expand project possibilities! Additionally, the Microbit V2 has a built-in sleep and output mode. This means your Microbit can be turned off while still being connected to a power source, saving a lot of energy! Finally, this second version includes a controller that can supply up to 200 mA to external accessories. This starter kit is the ideal kit for beginners who want to program using the block editor or mobile apps.
