Product details

The voltage measuring relay monitors the DC voltage applied to terminals A1 and A2.

Application:

  • Deep discharge protection and overcharge protection for AGM, GEL, and flooded batteries.
  • The relay activates when the measured voltage falls below the set value V< (battery is empty) and the configured delay time of 0-10 minutes has elapsed. This condition is indicated by the yellow LED lighting up.
  • The relay returns to its resting position as soon as the monitored voltage exceeds the set value V> (end-of-charge voltage).

Supply voltage: 40 - 62 VDC

  • Power consumption: 0.8 watts
  • Operating mode: Continuous operation
  • Measurement accuracy: 2% across the entire temperature and voltage range
  • Repeat accuracy: +/- 2%

Measuring range:

  • Undervoltage: 42 - 50 V
  • Overvoltage: 52 - 60 V
  • Hysteresis: 1 V

Contact:

  • Number of changeover contacts: 1
  • Contact material: AgSnO2
  • Maximum switching voltage: 250 V AC
  • Maximum switching current: 8 A
  • Maximum switching power: 2000 VA
  • Maximum inrush current: 30 A.
