Weller Zero Smog 4V Kit, a ready-to-use plug & play extraction system, suitable for the extraction of solder fumes and small dust accumulations at up to 4 workstations, flexible to use thanks to 4 wheels. Separate, replaceable fine dust pre-filter and main filter with activated carbon granulate for effective gas purification, variable power control, electronic filter monitoring, and filter alarm for timely filter replacement. Constant Flow Control (CFC) automatically regulates the turbine speed and reduces energy consumption for optimally controlled extraction at each workstation, remotely operable via RS-232 connection. The integrated USB interface allows for firmware updates, an efficiency test, and a data logging function, featuring a powerful, maintenance-free turbine for continuous performance.

For the extraction of adhesive, paint, and solvent vapors, the Weller broad-spectrum gas filter must be used (available as an accessory).

Delivery includes: Zero Smog 4V extraction unit with pre-filter and main filter, 2 x flexible connection hoses (3m), 2 x extraction arms (1m), 2 x extraction funnels, and 2 shut-off valves with table clamp set for 2 workstations.
