Product details
The TCS34725 from Waveshare is an RGB sensor that allows you to measure the RGB color values of an object. The module also includes an LED to ensure accurate color detection. With this sensor, you can sort items by color. The onboard LED is utilized to facilitate precise detection of colors. It can be turned on and off via the program, allowing you to activate it only when you want to take a measurement. The sensor can operate between 3.3 V and 5 V, making it suitable for Raspberry Pi and ESP8266 or ESP32. Communication is done via the I2C bus, eliminating the need for complicated wiring.
