This is a 2.13-inch E-Ink / ePaper display module with a resolution of 250 × 122 pixels, featuring an integrated controller that communicates via the SPI interface. This inexpensive display is perfect for the Raspberry Pi Zero W as it has the same dimensions, but it can also be used with the Raspberry Pi 2B or 3B. The extremely low power consumption makes it highly suitable for battery-powered applications. These displays are commonly used in retail as price tags, where they can operate on a battery for several years. The display offers a very good viewing angle and can be easily read even in sunlight. This black and white display supports partial updates, allowing individual areas to be updated quickly within 0.3 seconds, while updating the entire display takes only 2 seconds.
