Walimex Telescope background rod

The telescopic rod for backgrounds features two extensions, making it quite compact for transport and storage at a length of 120 cm. It can be extended to a maximum length of 307 cm. This telescopic rod is suitable for a variety of backgrounds of all types, from fabric to PVC to paper, even on roll cores. Both ends have 5/8 inch spigot connections, with the front extension being freely rotatable, allowing the crossbar to be quickly and securely attached to tripods. Of course, the rod can also be mounted on super clamps or other holders with spigots. The maximum load capacity of the crossbar is 6 kg. This gives you creative freedom, allowing not only backgrounds but also decorations or lightweight lighting to be hung from the rod. To keep the system's load as low as possible, it's advisable to optimize the distribution of forces: it is recommended to use both telescopic extensions equally. The telescopic crossbar can be collapsed so compactly that it is easy to store. It is also well-suited for use with car poles that are clamped between the floor and ceiling. This makes it possible to easily and quickly hang a background almost anywhere.
