Walimex pro

For studios where certain setups are used frequently or constantly, a fixed installation of a tripod is recommended. A wall or ceiling tripod is particularly suitable for tight spaces, as it does not take up floor space with protruding tripod legs. The tripod has a load capacity of up to approximately 6 kg. You can extend the 2 cm thick pole between 34 and 54 cm. The 5/8 spigot is equipped with a 1/4 inch thread connection on one side and a 3/8 inch thread connection on the other. It can be mounted standing, hanging, or sideways, providing you with great flexibility in setup. The package includes four heavy-duty anchors for concrete as well as suitable mounting screws. Due to the high load capacity of the tripod and the relatively large leverage it creates, strong forces act at the base. Therefore, ensure that your wall is also designed to handle such loads. Brick walls are either not suitable for such forces or must be prepared with chemical anchors or liquid anchors. Therefore, consult with a construction specialist before installation. The same applies to tensile loads when mounting on the ceiling. The mounting plate of the tripod features two differently sized holes in each of the four corners, allowing for various mounting options.
