Placeholder Module Passive

The passive placeholder terminals allow for a hardware reservation for standard function terminals (digital, analog terminals).

The use of the connector from series 753 supports pre-wiring of the connection lines. A later expansion of the node, by replacing the placeholder terminals with corresponding function terminals, is thus possible without interfering with the wiring. Furthermore, the terminals can be used to accommodate currently unused wires.

The passive placeholder terminals contain no electronics. They do not reserve any bits/bytes in the process image and are therefore not visible during project planning.

The terminals include 2 power contacts to pass on the supply voltage to subsequent terminals.
