16-channel digital input, DC 24 V, 3 ms, flat ribbon cable. The digital input module features 16 channels within a compact width of only 12 mm. It captures binary control signals from the field area, such as from sensors, transducers, switches, or proximity switches. The module allows for the connection of electronic components via a 20-pin flat ribbon cable. The 24V supply voltage for the components can be fed through two CAGE CLAMP connections. Each input channel is equipped with an RC filter for noise suppression, featuring a time constant of 3.0 ms. The signal status of each channel is indicated by a green status LED. The field and system levels are galvanically isolated from each other.
