NAMUR sensors, optocouplers, mechanical contacts (in conjunction with the resistance coupling element available as an accessory), or other actuating elements can be connected in an intrinsically safe manner. The installation of the WAGO I/O System 750/753 must take place either in Zone 2 or in a non-explosion-prone area. The power supply for the sensor is provided by a short-circuit-proof 8.2V power source. Indicators: Green LED (Signal state On). Red LED (Short circuit, line break). Field and system levels are galvanically isolated.
