With the amPlug2 headphone guitar amplifier, guitarists always have access to a rich amplifier sound anytime and anywhere: simply plug it into the guitar and connect a pair of headphones. No guitar cable is necessary - just connect the amPlug directly to your instrument for an immediate "official" sound.
The analog circuits, developed with great attention to detail, give the amPlug2 a convincing guitar sound. This compact device eliminates the need for additional components: the motto is simply to connect it to the guitar and plug in headphones. The fully analog circuits simulate the operation of a tube amplifier. Tonal differences between guitar models and the influence of the volume control on the sound are fully preserved. It works so well that you can even feel the air movements of the guitar cabinet. From the very first notes or chords, it becomes clear that the compact devices in this series can certainly compete with "real" amplifiers.
The guitar amPlugs include 9 effects: Chorus x3, Delay x3, Reverb x3, and the optimized cabinet simulation contributes to an even more realistic sound. The level boost is cascaded over several stages thanks to a special VOX analog circuit, delivering a particularly authentic tube amplifier sound. An AUX input for your smartphone, tablet, or MP3 player is also available.
The amPlug 2 series currently includes 4 models: "AC30" with the AC30 Top Boost sound, "Classic Rock" with the hearty "High Gain" sound of a British 100W amplifier, "Metal" with the American "High Gain" counterpart, and "Bass" for bass guitar.
