The VC 272 can measure temperatures using K-type thermocouples and, like all devices in the VC-200 series, is optimized for educational purposes.

Sharp Display: An impressive, clearly readable EBTN display in bright environments as well as in darkness. With a display diagonal of 7.9 cm (3.1 inches), all digits and symbols are presented significantly larger, reducing the likelihood of reading errors.

Socket Monitoring: Depending on the selected measurement parameter, the correct assignment of the measurement sockets is displayed. This is a great help for beginners and students to avoid incorrect handling. If a connection is made incorrectly despite the display, an alarm sound will be triggered.

Safety During Battery Replacement: To change batteries or fuses, the housing must be opened. For safety reasons, the measurement leads should not be connected during this process. This measuring device is designed so that the housing cannot be opened while the measurement leads are connected. The measurement leads can only be reconnected after the housing is closed, as the measurement sockets are mechanically locked.
