Voltcraft VC171 Digital Multimeter

Compact measuring device with numerous functions. Beneath the robust housing with soft rubber protection, the Voltcraft VC 171 Digital Multimeter conceals a variety of functions and features: It allows for AC/DC voltage and AC/DC current measurements up to 10 A, as well as resistance, capacitance, and frequency measurements. Conveniently, the device automatically selects the best display range. To measure the duty cycle of pulses, a duty cycle function is available, and additionally, a diode test is included in the performance specifications. This versatile tool can be used in the CAT III 600 V range.

True RMS Multimeter. Frequency converters, computer power supplies, or other nonlinear loads can influence and alter signals. With True RMS, both pure sine waves and more complex non-sinusoidal signals can be measured.

All important additional functions included. With the Voltcraft VC 171 Digital Multimeter, you can focus on the essentials while working, as practical functions facilitate the workflow: It features an acoustic continuity tester and allows for non-contact voltage testing. The Voltcraft VC 171 is protected by 600 V high-performance fuses.

Clear display. The display has 4000 counts, meaning it shows 4-digit values up to 4000, regardless of the position of the decimal point. In tricky situations, the flashlight function and display backlight can be as helpful as the practical hold function for freezing measurement results. To save energy, the multimeter automatically turns off after prolonged inactivity, and a low battery indicator reminds you to replace the power source.
