The Voigtländer 90 mm F2.8 APO-Skopar SLII-S is a medium telephoto lens with manual focus. The aperture, with its 10 blades, takes on a special shape. It forms a circle not only at the fully open aperture of F2.8 but also at F4 and F22.

... The APO-Skopar 2.8/90 mm performs much better. The resolution in the centre of the image at aperture 2.8 is ok, the contrast good to very good and the edge fall-off of both values very moderate. Stopping down brings a plus of almost 100 line pairs and then a very high contrast in the centre of the image. This Voigtländer is therefore recommended.
