Victoria Arduino Myth Plus

The Mythos Plus is finished with a dynamometric tamper and processing titanium and steel alloy. Victoria Arduino grinders have an average lifetime that is three times longer than the average. With a Stop & Go function, the grinding process can be interrupted and continued until the programmed dose is reached. Up to three different doses can be set. Experienced users can use the Barista function to change the dosage without having to call up the programming function. To achieve optimal results, it is possible to adjust the running speeds of the motor depending on the operating frequency.

Grinding media made of special steel
The Mythos Plus is made with 75mm special steel grinding discs to make grinding efficient and consistent. Hard enough to allow grinding where effective and elastic enough to absorb the vibrations to which they are subjected.

Dynamometric tamper
For comfortable work and optimal consistency, the Mythos Plus is equipped with a dynamometric tamper.

Easy cleaning and maintenance
Victoria Arduino mills are easy to clean and maintain. In case of maintenance, the settings remain stored.

Grinding without residues
Every Victoria Arduino grinder guarantees grinding without leaving any residue. The quality thus remains permanently constant, the coffee fresh and the grinding media cannot run hot.

Micrometric adjustment
The mill is equipped as standard with a micrometric adjustment of the fineness of grind, in order to precisely determine the infinitely variable adjustment of the grind without compromise over the entire control range.

Grinding on demand
Each dose is ground individually and absolutely fresh into the portafilter. This means that no more aromas are lost.
