The M-DISC offers an excellent solution for long-term data storage and archiving. Unlike conventional discs, M-DISCs do not contain an organic layer that degrades over time, nor do they have a reflective layer that could oxidize. As a result, they have an almost unlimited lifespan and are significantly more resistant to extreme temperatures, humidity, and sunlight.
