This lens can only be focused manually. Although manual focusing takes longer and is more challenging than working with autofocus, it offers several advantages: It allows you to focus precisely on the point you want, enabling shots that match your vision exactly. In situations where autofocus would struggle—such as in low light, on smooth surfaces with little texture, or in foggy weather—you will prefer to focus manually.
