UNiKA Pro-148

The UNiKA PRO-148 is a professional active DI box specifically designed to adapt electric and electro-acoustic instruments such as guitars and basses, as well as effect pedals and other high-impedance sources, to the balanced microphone inputs of mixing consoles or external microphone preamps. By utilizing the 48V phantom power from the microphone preamp, the PRO-148 does not require batteries or external power supplies, making it particularly user-friendly. The integrated, selected induction transformer and the specially designed isolation transformer for audio applications ensure a clear, musical sound with rich harmonics. The robust steel housing, full-surface anti-slip mat, and recessed connections make the PRO-148 ideal for both stage and studio use. This DI box offers a high input impedance of 260 kOhm, further enhancing sound quality and effectively minimizing hum and interference.
